Movers & Groovers is back! Move to the Music and have fun! 5 Week exercise course for over 55s involving chair aerobics, light resistance band training. No experience is required.Running in Trim Library on Thursday 5th November to3rd December from 11-12pm. Places are limited. Registration is essential.

Cool Dudes Healthy Food Made Easy, a 5 week workshop for kids aged 10 to 12 years old! 🍎😋Cool Dudes is a HSE nutrition and cookery programme. Held over 5 Fridays, it helps kids improve and take an interest their eating habits, plan meals on a budget and make easy to cook meals. The course content is based on the most up-to date healthy eating guidelines from the Department of Health. Participants receive a handbook and recipe book. The course will start on Tuesday November 3rd for kids aged 10-13 years at The LMETB Building in Trim.There are only a limited number of places so booking is essential.
