It's always a fun time on Tuesday mornings when we have Walk & Talk!
Still spaces available!Confident Me, an 8 week programmes will be returning in October for kids 11-13 years.This programme is designed for children who have experienced adversity and difficulty in their young lives with the hope of enhancing their confidence and self-esteem. Some of the topics covered in the group include communication skills; dealing with feelings; peer pressure and developing skills to manage difficult situations.For more info and how to register see our poster below.
