We had a lovely morning on Friday at our coffee morning to acknowledge the Hello How are You campaign in collaboration with Mental Health Ireland . The event showcased the importance of asking someone how they are and truly listening to their response. Sometimes the smallest gestures makes the biggest difference. The Mens Music Session will be gathering again this evening at The Bungalow between 6:30pm an 8:30pm. The space is very open and chill so if you thought about coming down before but haven't, come on down! The group is open to any instruments and skill levels.
