Thanks to funding from META, we’re able to run Digital and IT Help Drop Ins in Trim, Ballivor and Enfield libraries. The free help drop-ins are open to answer any smartphone or desktop related questions while also working through and giving basic overviews of basic digital concepts such as sending emails and attachments, updating your devices, tweaking the settings, internet browsers, clearing history, any and all questions welcomed!

The drop ins are a space to get free 1-to-1 support and help with any digital or tech related issues and queries. Such as setting up your phone, sending an email or  recognising a scam call. All queries are welcome!

The Family Support Drop-In Service is a free and confidential s issues. The drop-ins are for individuals who need help using their devices and/or lack digital literacy.

The Drop-Ins are ran WEEKLY in 3 different locations. The drop-ins in Trim Library are ran EVERY TUESDAY between 10am and 12pm. The drop-ins in Ballivor Library are ran EVERY WEDNESDAY between 2pm and 4pm. The drop-ins in Enfield Library are ran EVERY FRIDAY between 10am and 12pm. Just pop in ANYTIME between the time slots.

There is no fee or registration required. Just drop in while the space is open.
