Digital & IT Support
For the last two years, thanks to funding from Adult Learning for Life (ALL), we’ve ran some very successful Digital and IT Help Drop Ins in Trim, Ballivor, Enfield and Athboy libraries. They were free help drop-ins to answer any smartphone or desktop related questions while also working through and giving basic overviews of basic digital concepts such as sending emails and attachments, updating your devices, tweaking the settings, internet browsers, clearing history, any and all questions welcomed!
Due to a lack of funding, the drop-ins are currently not being ran but keep an eye on our social media for updates. We’re working with LMETB to hopefully resume the drop-ins.

What are Digital & IT Support Drop Ins?
The drop ins are a space to get free 1-to-1 support and help with any digital or tech related issues and queries. Such as setting up your phone, sending an email or recognising a scam call. All queries are welcome!
Who are the drop ins for?
It is for anyone who lack or struggle with tech and digital literacy.
Where does the drop ins take place?
Drop ins are currently not running but in the past the drop ins have taken place at Trim Library, Athboy Library, Ballivor Library, Enfield Library and Trim Family Resource Centre.
How much to attend?
There is no fee or registration required. Just drop in while the space is open
