Confident Me!

Confident Me! is a 8 week course aimed at kids ages 8 – 10yrs old and 11 – 13 yrs old. The course focuses on helping the child better understand themselves and their emotions through arts and crafts, discussions and role play. Each week focuses on a different topic, e.g. first few weeks focus on talking/ listening and self esteem, later weeks focus more on social situations and problems, with the goal of each session building on the last. By the end of the course, the child should be better equipped to identify emotions, to recognise conflict, other problems, and are given a few tools to help stay cool and calm in stressful situations. The cost is €25 (which can also be paid in €5 instalments).
